So Another Week Down...

So another week down. Man it has been freezing here in Tartu. The wind just blows and freeezes our faces. Apparantly this has been one of the worst winters. But its bearable. I mean barely. haha. So I had the chance to go to Rakvere this week. Its a 3 hour bus ride north. A man called saying he wanted to be baptized. So we went to teach him and he was great but handicapped-not sure if he's totally accountable. So we taught him and invited him to church. It was cool teaching in Rakvere. Most people haven't really seen missionaries there so it was a fun experience. We also got to see a castle which was really fun! To bad it was closed...but I enjoyed the outside. We taught a man here that is American and he is inactive after serving a mission. He bumbs around Eurpe. Hes about 33. So we are trying to activate him. He's a good guy. Just lost. Maarja wants to be baptized in a pond now. So...ya. We're figuring this one out. But at least she is planning something. She is a funny lady. We had to move Taavis baptism back to get him to church. He came yesterday so we will meet with them again this week to plan another date!! Very exciting! Well I am out of time. Love you all. I have this new gmail account now, so send me pictures!!

"Happy Valentines Day. Or Happy Friends Day here in Estonia! Everthing has been going so good. I am loving Tartu. Alot more than when I was previously here. We teach English twice a week now which has been a blast for me. Our two English students seem very likely to get baptized. We talk freely and openly about it. Plus we've started doing private tutoring seissions and they are going well. I wouldn't be surprised if they are baptized soon. We taugh Peeter and Liis again on Thursday and they brought Liis' sister Kert. We ate at a swanky restaurant on the river here. Peeter is the manager. They gave us steak which was delicious!! Holy moly!! Then they gave us two bags of left overs for the next week. Delicious! They are so good! We are meeting with them again in a couple weeks. I am excited. Peeter showed us the inside of the club below the restaurant. So now ive been in an Estonian club and the VIP room. haha. Don't worry, it was closed still. Well that is all for now, i'm almost out of time on the computer. I love you all, and I hope everyone is doing so well. I hear Utah has warmed up a bit. Enjoy it. Its warmed up here too. About 18 degrees. Its really nice. hahahah.Love,Elder Boyce"

Hello everone!Well I survived my first week in Tartu. It is really good/strange to be back here. I am in the same area as my 1st transfer in Estonia but I can speak and understand more so that is cool. It church a member taught Sunday School and I could understand here whereas 4 months ago I couldn't. So that was way neat. There is a family that has been taught for a really long time. The Vilpo perekond. Well the husband wants to be baptized but the wife wont marry home. Its a bummer, but their 10 year old son Taavi wants to be baptized. So that is planned for the 20th. So that is pretty cool. Tartu is just really slow right now so I hope we can get it going. I am in a 3 some again with Elder Hortin from Riverton and Elder Widdison from Hooper. Elder Widdison goes home at the end of this transfer. So far its been really good and alot of fun. I am excited to see what the weeks bring. I hope its starting to warm up a little at home-enjoy it for me. We are still freezing. haha. Oh well. I love you all.Elder Boyce
