Above: We just signed on the new apartment! Me, Elder Lee, and Elder Lane.

Below: Me in Tallinn; That is old town in the back. Freezing! But I do it well!

Kerle and her baptism. Sergei baptized her. He is that man. In the picture above, if you zoom into my eye, you will see frost. Only in Estonia!

Hello everyone!
Wow, what a week it has been. First off, we got a new apartment! For those that didn't know, mine had mice, and ants, and leaky windows, and walls that were pretty much falling apart. Our new one is so nice, and huge!! And way cheaper. Its exciting. We move in the 1st of February. Elder Barney and I held like business meetings in Estonian. It was pretty cool. Saturday, Kerle was baptized. The baptism went so well! She was afraid of water, but didn't even show it. The speakers did well. Afterwards the members swarmed her and welcomed her to the 'family' and told her that she is their new sister! That was very cool. Then Sunday she recieved the Holy Ghost. She was just excited. Very ready. Way cool. Well the weather this week got down to -8 F in the day so that was alot of fun to contact in....not!! I even had frost on my eye lashes. Crazy. Well that is all for now. I am going to post the pictures on my blog so ya. Love you guys!! I hope you have a great week and we will talk next week!

January 18th.

Hi Everone,
So we had an interesting week. First of, I got to go bowling. We have an investigator that wanted to go so all of us missionaries went with him. It was really fun! I bowled a 120. Lost the lead in the 10th frame though. I came in at a strong 2nd! My mom would be proud. We got to go to Tallinn this week because Elder Lane needed to fill out Visa stuff so that was also fun! I love Tallinn. I got some cool pictures too. Old Town was all covered in snow. It looked rad. Saturday here in Pärnu they made a snow town. So we helped Maives kids make a train out of snow which was really fun. We worked all day Saturday and they showed it off on Sunday. That was rad. Good time. Zoja got a calling being the activites coordinator. She pulled off her first family night and did so well! I was really proud. We have a baptism Saturday for Kerle. She is so excited. I cannot wait until then! I will try to send pictures soon. I love you all! Have a good week!

Head uut aastat teile!

Hello everyone!
How are you all doing? This week has been another amazing one. I was able to go to Riga on Friday for mission conference. I hope we get to do that again. It was such a blast. We were with two russian districts so it was very small and just more personalized. I enjoyed it alot. President was really funny too. It was nice to be spiritually fed in english. I missed that. President also told me that its good I am with Elder Lee and Elder Lane because they are both a bit quiet and they even me out well. Haha. So ya needless to say it was fun. We went a taught a family that we knocked into. We met their son and their grandson. The grandson just wanted me to build buildings with him so he could destroy them. It was really fun. There son also wants to play basketball with us. So maybe we can get something going. Everything else is going well. I hope you all have a great week. Remember, The Church is True.

The New Years

That is some Estonian writing for you. It translates to 'Christmas gifts from the heart.'
The Peoples statue. ME

Me, Zoja, and Elder Lee

Me on the Baltic. Frozen solid.

New Years!

Verevorst.

New Years Resolution.

Get my blog going. So I have taken it into my hands to update my own blog. Ya my sister was supposed to do it. But the lack of postings since August shows you how that turned out. So I will try to post emails and pictures up here as often as possible. But unfortunately I forgot my camera. haha. Good start right? Well the mission has been going good. I had my first baptism on December 6th I believe. Zoja Idvani. She is amazing. She is already a trooper member. I love her. Christmas was good. I got to talk to the whole family which was a blast. Everyone sounded really good. I miss them like crazy. New years here was insane. We played risk for a while and the fireworks woke us up. I thought the Russins were invading again. It was so loud! Estonians really know how to Celebrate. The fireworks were the best I had ever seen. Way cool. The next day was the day for everyone to get over their hangovers. Estonia is the highest alcohol drinking country. Finland is the only country in front. So the whole town was pretty much dead. It was pretty strange. But we had family night and a lot turned out. The members stayed strong. Nobody was drunk or had a hangover. I was proud. haha. I was able to walk on water. The Baltic was frozen so that was cool. Also the river by my house was frozen so we walked on that too. I ate Verevorst. For ya´ll that have no clue what that is, its blood sausage. A traditional estonian dish. I will say I am not a fan. The hard outer casing just crunched in my mouth and made me gag as it went down. Delicious right? Ya I didn´t think so either. Luckily it didn´t taste bloody though.
Head uut aastat! Ma armastan teid!
